Welcome to my website. My name is Gail Faber. I have over 8 years of extensive Home Mortgage Lending expertise. I worked in escrow prior to moving to WaMu retail lending, and then to Wells Fargo retail lending. I have been an independent processor for over 1 year. I also have my Real Estate Salesperson and Notary licenses which affords me more knowledge then other processors. |

Responsibilities would include: |

| ● Keeping the Loan Officer current, processing documentation, and maintaining the file to close on time. | |
| ● Contacting escrow (or attorney) and obtaining necessary paperwork for the transaction. | |
| ● Income Calculation (Self-employed, Military income, Tax Returns, W2’s, Pay stubs) | |

Sending Mailings to clients, prospects, realtors, and/or loan officers
(at an extra charge). Marketing Pieces can include: Open House flyers, postcards, brochures, follow-up cards (at an extra charge). |

| ● Creating and organizing customer database: review old client folders and develop database with any desired fields: name, mailing address, property address, birthday, loan type or program, etc. (at an extra charge). | |
